I think the easiest way into the city is probably the Airport Minibus which is suppose to leave every 10 or 15 minutes. It should take 30-60 minutes depending on many stops are made. The airport minibus desk is easily found in the main hall. I strongly discourage the use of cabs from the Airport Taxi fleet which are heavily overpriced.
