I've used a company called Recent car, I don't know their address but I remember their website: www.recentcar.hu. It's about 40 euros per day with unlimited kilometers, but I wouldn't drive in Budpaest again, it's too crowded and hectic, and parking spots are impossible to find. I'd use the public transport if I were you.
