There is a nice company called Yellow Zebra where you can rent bikes or have bike tours around Budapest. Rental periods up to 5 hours cost 1500 ft, and a day rental is 3500 ft. I don't know how much the tours are, but they have a website where you can find out anything, it's called www.yellowzebrabikes.com
