The Budapest Tourism Office is also known as Tourinform, this is a more widespread name. The main office is on Suto street, but they have other equally useful locations on List Ferenc Square, Varhegy and Szentharomsag station. The website is www.budapestinfo.hu, and the 24 hour phone line is 0680630800, but I don't know if it's a free line.
