Citadella is located on the summit of Gellert Hill, Gellérthegy in Hungarian, it's a fortress that was built by the Hapsburgs in 1854 to keep the city under surveillance. It's very easy to find, when you are at the Gellérthegy, follow the paths to the top. The views are excellent, and it is worth going there, although some of the attractions are outdated, like the Red Liberation monument.
