We rented an apartment through www.superroom.fw.hu. It's cheaper than the hostels and in a very central location near the Terror museum and Hero Square. We had a large double room with a large double bed and a sofa seating area and there was a kitchen and bathroom with a great shower. The price was 100 euro per day, and there was four of us staying there, it was a good deal.
